Imperial Aroma is committed to delivering your fragrances safely, securely, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.

 

Shipping Coverage

Imperial Aroma currently ships within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

 

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier and tracking details will be sent via email.

 

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, destination, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Flat-rate shipping: $6.99 on all orders under $50
  • Free standard shipping: Automatically applied at checkout for orders of $50 or more

Shipping costs and eligibility for free shipping are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

 

Order Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships
  • If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder

Alcohol-Based Fragrance Notice

Many of our fragrances contain cosmetic-grade alcohol and are shipped in compliance with carrier safety regulations.

As a result, certain shipping methods or transit times may be subject to handling or transportation restrictions.

 

Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately and completely at checkout.

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Because of this, there is a limited window to cancel an order or request an address change.

If you need to update your address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@imperialaroma.com after placing your order.

While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

 

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery

The customer may be responsible for any additional reshipping fees.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided
  • If the issue is not resolved, email help@imperialaroma.com within 48 hours of the delivery update and include your order number
