Refund policy

At Imperial Aroma, we want you to shop with confidence. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrances, our return and refund policy is outlined clearly below.
Return Window
We accept returns under the following condition:
Sealed, unopened fragrances:
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Returned items must remain unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
Return Eligibility Checklist
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Item is unopened, unused, and untampered
- Original box and packaging are intact
- Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Product is in the exact condition as received
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Products without original packaging or seal
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Return Shipping Fees
- If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, leaking, or incorrect item), Imperial Aroma will cover return shipping
- For approved discretionary returns (change of mind, scent preference, etc.), return shipping costs must be paid by the customer
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Process
- Email help@imperialaroma.com - with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the unopened product and packaging
- If approved, return instructions will be provided
- The item must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval
- Returns sent after this period may be refused
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected at our facility
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 3–7 business days
- Banks may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund
Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of:
- Outer shipping box
- Shipping label
- Affected product
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
Our support team is always happy to assist and will do our best to resolve any concerns quickly.
Please note that chargebacks typically take additional time for both the customer and our team to review and resolve.
